All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes but exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping costs will be added at checkout.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

9. WhatsApp Business Notifications

Muramuragoods uses WhatsApp Business API to send automated product notifications to subscribers and recipients on our notification list. By receiving or subscribing to our WhatsApp notifications:

• Automated Messages: You acknowledge that product notifications sent via WhatsApp are automated and may include product names, categories, quantities, stock information, product URLs, and product images.
• Message Frequency: Notifications are sent when new products are added to our inventory and become available on our website. The frequency depends on how often we add new products.
• Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving WhatsApp notifications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message or by contacting us directly. Upon opting out, you will no longer receive automated product notifications.
• Message Charges: Standard messaging rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. Muramuragoods is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving our messages.
• Third-Party Service: WhatsApp Business API is provided by Meta (Facebook). Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Accuracy: While we strive to ensure product information in notifications is accurate, product availability, pricing, and specifications may change. Please verify information on our website before making a purchase decision.

By receiving WhatsApp notifications from Muramuragoods, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that messages are automated and may be sent at any time.
